Hey there, fitness enthusiasts! I’ve been on this wild ride called fitness for some time now and learned a thing or two. So, I thought I’d share my top 20 fitness musts with you. These things have helped me stay on track, keep motivated, and crush my goals. Let’s dive in!

1. Set realistic goals: Don’t aim for the moon immediately. Start with achievable targets and work your way up. Always contact your medical professional if you are concerned in any way.

2. Find a workout buddy: Having someone to sweat it out with makes the journey more fun and keeps you accountable.

3. Invest in good shoes: Your feet will thank you, and you’ll avoid injuries. Trust me on this one. I have a club foot, so I need to be safe.

4. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate: Water is your best friend during workouts. Keep that bottle handy!

5. Mix it up: Variety is the spice of life, and this is true for fitness, too. Try different workouts to avoid boredom and plateaus.

6. Fuel your body right: Eating a balanced diet is vital. Don’t forget to treat yourself occasionally, though!

8. Warm-up and cool-down: Skipping these steps is a recipe for disaster. Please take a few minutes to do them properly to avoid injuries and low blood pressure. Avoid feeling faint and falling.

10. Celebrate your victories: Whether lifting heavier or running faster, pat yourself on the back for every milestone.
